Before I could reach the counter, I was standing on a dining room chair, helping my grandma cook. That tiny kitchen, filled with warmth, laughter, and the smell of something sweet in the oven, is where my love for baking began.
Raised in a home where food meant love, I was lucky to learn the art of baking and cooking from two incredible women, my grandmothers. From homemade breads and chocolates to layered cakes and savory pies, their passion became my foundation. My very first cake — whipped up for my grandfather with whatever I could find in the pantry — taught me that joy doesn't come from perfection, but from heart.
Over the years, baking has become my therapy. It calms me, grounds me, and most importantly, brings people together. I live for that moment when someone takes their first bite — eyes light up, smiles appear, and suddenly, we're all connected.
